Vinyasa Flow Yoga (Complimentary) – Mondays 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm – Victoria Hebert Great Room
Vinyasa yoga, in which movement is synchronized to the breath, is a term that covers a broad range of yoga classes. This style is sometimes also called flow yoga, because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance.
The breath acts as an anchor to the movement as you flow from one pose to the next in time with an inhale or an exhale.
The Common Area Committee (CAC) advises the Cameron Station Board of Directors (Board) on the design, maintenance, and use of the community’s common areas for the Cameron Station Community Association (Master Association). These include green spaces, landscaped areas, pocket parks, and pathways, all of which contribute to the beauty and livability of Cameron Station. The committee helps ensure that these spaces are well-maintained, visually appealing, and aligned with the community’s long-term vision.
The CAC reviews landscaping and grounds maintenance contracts, provides feedback on seasonal plantings, and makes recommendations for improvements, replacements, or repairs. Members also respond to resident input and work with management to maintain high standards of care across all shared outdoor spaces.

Cameron Station Tech Talk
Saturday, May 16 | 10:30 am – 11:30 am (doors open at 10:00am for coffee and donuts) | Cameron Club - Victoria Herbert Great Room
Are you curious how technology makes it easier to stay informed and connected in Cameron Station?
Join us for our first Tech Talk, where we will walk through the digital tools that support our community, including the website, The Connection newsletter, The Compass blog, and social media. We will focus on how these tools work, how to navigate them efficiently, how to subscribe to stay updated, and how Cameron Station uses technology helps keep residents engaged.
The session will be guided by our neighbor, Chris Brown, who brings 20 years of experience in the tech industry and is a member of the Communications Committee. Chris will walk through real examples, share practical tips, and help answer questions along the way. This session is designed to be approachable and useful for all residents, whether you are comfortable with technology or just looking to better understand the tools available to you.
Coffee and donuts will be provided.
Have questions or topics you would like us to cover in future sessions? Email: communications@cameronstation.org
Hosted by the Activities & Events Committee and the Communications Committee.
This is the first in a series of Tech Talks we are planning for the community, with future sessions exploring additional technology topics that may impact Cameron Station and our residents.
The Cameron Club swimming pool soft opening will be Saturday, May 16, and Sunday, May 17, 2026, from 10:30 am to 8:30 pm. Click here for more information on the pool hours and pool rules.
