On Saturday\, \;August 15\, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM\, Pawsh Dog Wash will be hosting ou r very first \;Norman's Walk\, a 3K charity dog walk in honor of our beloved mascot\, Norman\, who we lost a year ago. Norman w as a rescue dog who found his forever home and second chance with me and b ecame the inspiration to open Pawsh\, a place for animals who need a littl e extra attention and love\, or who have been rejected in the past. This w alk is our way of celebrating his memory while giving back to the communit y that has supported us along the way.
\nThis is a passion p roject for us. Half of all proceeds will be donated to the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria and A Little Extra Fund for Animals. Our hope is to b uild something meaningful that grows year after year\, eventually supporti ng more local DMV animal groups and rescues.
