 licated. The routines are repeated week after week with additions every no
 w and then to spice things up even more!&nbsp\;Zumba combines high energy 
 and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zum
 ba participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle 
 that a workout should be 'FUN AND EASY TO DO' for Zumba participants to st
 ick to the Zumba fitness program to achieve long-term health benefits. Zum
 ba is not only great for the body\, but it is also great for the mind!</p>

 s 20 years of experience in the tech industry and is a member of the Commu
 nications Committee. Chris will walk through real examples\, share practic
 al tips\, and help answer questions along the way. This session is designe
 d to be approachable and useful for all residents\, whether you are comfor
 table with technology or just looking to better understand the tools avail
